Learning to honor the biological signals of hunger and fullness sets the stage for rebuilding trust in yourself and in food.

Check in with your hunger and fullness by using the 0-10 scale below. 0 is painful hunger and 10 is painful fullness. There is no right or wrong here! If using numbers does not work for you, note the overall quality of sensation instead.
